Dr. Joseph Elaikwu Enegela is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, with post graduate education in Global health and infectious disease from University of Edinburgh in Scotland as well as post graduate training experience and certification from the University of Maryland Baltimore and Institute of Tropical Medicine Antwerp Belgium.
He has almost 20 years experience in HIV/AIDS programs implementation, Global health security and public health interventions as well as capacity building in Nigeria.
